Squarespace redesign for J and J Photography - wedding photographers
Jeremy was a previous client whose site I had designed years ago on Squarespace 7.0. He was looking to move to the new Squarespace platform (7.1) and to have a more dynamic site and update the content. Another focus of the redesign was to create portfolio pages for weddings they had photographed.
We created some brand new pages for the Home page, Portfolio landing page and portfolio gallery pages, Investment page and Experience page. I copied over some existing pages on their 7.o website as well and modified them to work on 7.1.
The new site features many custom touches such as images which change color on hover and slideshow galleries to showcase their beautiful photos.
What we did on the Design Day:

What was your favorite part about the Day?
It was extremely helpful to be interactive with Jodi via a live chat throughout the day while she built our site. This way we were available ASAP to help with any minor questions and also provide any additional content Jodi needed.
How do you feel about your website after the Design Day?
We feel like our new site is so much more alive than before. The pages are all very engaging for clients to use, but also very user friendly. Jodi was able to use the new Squarespace 7.1 to bring our site up a notch!
